Passed away at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, on Friday, March 4, 2022. John Wilson Hamilton of Markdale at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Shirley Hamilton (nee Kirk). Father of Janet Hamilton of Toronto and David Hamilton of Ottawa. Grandfather of Claire Hamilton. John will be remembered by his extended family and many friends in the community. Cremation has taken place. Private family arrangements. So sorry to read about John passing.Our sympathy to you and your family. We had many good times at the Hamilton home.
Shirley and family, I am so sorry to hear of John’s passing. Although we were first cousins, we sure didn’t see each other many times in our lifetime. Distance prevented that, but I sure appreciated his emails regarding our family tree. Also, his knowledge about so many topics and his dry wit, so much like his dad. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
