Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Thursday January 13, 2022 at the age of 71 years. John Bertrand of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Jeanette Burskey (nee Esmond).
Dear father to Lori Burskey (Mark Lapointe) and Troy Burskey. Loving grandfather to Bailey, Kyle and Mackenzie Jones, and Rebecca and Jacob and great grandchildren Deacon and Norah.
Dear brother of Judy McFadden (Ray), Diane Dament (Maynard), Peter Bertrand (Debbie), Richard Bertrand and Tony Bertrand. Son of the late John David and Mabel May (nee Consack) Bertrand. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Respecting John’s wishes cremation has taken place. In memory of John, donations to the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Pembroke.
