1952 – 2022
C’est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annoncions le 11 octobre 2022 le décès de Joan Pamela Young épouse de feu Desmond Piccioni, fille de feu Kathleen Jones et de feu Roderick Young.
Joan laisse dans le deuil sa fille Stéfanie Piccioni, son gendre Jaime Brigden, ses petites-filles Alyssa et Savannah Brigden, plusieurs membres de la famille et amis.
Joan restera à jamais dans la mémoire de ses proches et de tous ceux qui l’ont connue pour sa personnalité pétillante, son attitude toujours positive et son grand cœur. Elle était toujours présente et disponible pour aider que ce soit famille, amis et même un étranger.
Un grand merci à tout le personnel du Centre Hébergement Andrée Perrault pour leur soutien et les bons soins prodigués.
Une célébration de la vie aura lieu en son honneur le samedi 26 novembre à la Légion d’Otterburn Park, de 13 h à 16 h.
Vos marques de sympathie peuvent se traduire par un don en la mémoire de Joan à La Fondation de l’Hôpital de Montréal pour enfants une cause qui lui tenait à cœur.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Joan Pamela Young on October 11th 2022. Daughter of the late Kathleen Jones and Roderick Young,
predeceased by her husband Desmond Piccioni.
She leaves behind her daughter Stefanie Piccioni, son-in-law Jaime Brigden , beloved granddaughters Alyssa and Savannah Brigden, as well as many family members and friends.
Joan will forever be remembered by all who knew her for her bubbly personality, always positive outlook ,and heart of gold. She never turned down an opportunity to help someone, friend or stranger when they needed it.
A heartfelt thank you to all of the staff at Centre Hébergement Andrée Perrault for taking such good care of her this past year.
A celebration of life will be held in Joan’s honor on Saturday November 26th, at the Otterburn Park Legion between 1PM and 4PM.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in her name to the Montreal Childrens Hospital Foundation, a cause dear to her heart.
