Obituary for Joan Rundle
Joan (Vanita) Rundle passed away of I.P.F. at her home on Sunday, January 9, 2022 in her 76th year. She was the wife of Ross Rundle for almost 58 years. She and Ross produced three sons; Bob and Shiela Rundle, Kevin and Lynn Rundle, and Todd and Nikki Rundle. She was the grandmother of Dillon Rundle, Nicole Rundle, Kyle (Emma) Rundle, Shelby (Fletcher) Haley, Tyson McCartney-Rundle, and Riley Sauve and great grandmother to Fraser Haley.
Joan was the daughter of the late Garnet “Shorty” and Willy Statton of Forest and Reeces Corners and was a sister to the late Margaret Maxfield.
She will also be missed by her best friend Jo-Anne Cope, Marlene Chisholm, and Dorthy Mathers.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2021 at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home, Petrolia at 2:00 p.m. to attend you must register in advance at signup.com/go/giapJxi.
