On March 16, 2022, Mrs. Joan “Joni” Mahé of St. Paul passed away at the age of 66 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Michel; 2 daughters & 1 son, Janelle, Ysanne (Matthew) & René (Marina); 3 grandchildren, Natalie, Wyatt & Ronin; 4 sisters & 1 brother, Wanda (Cecil), Roma (Gerry), Lillian (Lyle), twin sister, Janet (Lawrence) & Peder (Laurel); in-laws, Louis (Sandra), Gilbert, Germaine (Gary), Alexandre (Tanya), Julien (Simone), Anne-Marie (Bill), François (Denise), Yvonne (John) & David (Ann); numerous nieces & nephews. Joan was predeceased by her daughter, Josianne; parents, Clifford & Violet Pederson; sister, Dorothy; brother, Kenneth; nephew, Scott; father & mother-in-law, René & Cecile Mahé; brother-in-law, Dave. A Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, March 23 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 24 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be the celebrant, with interment in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Cemetery, Flat Lake.
