Barry, James ‘Jim’
Peacefully with his family by his side at home after a lengthy and very courageous battle with cancer on Friday April 1, 2022 at the age of 75. Beloved husband and best friend of Theresa. Loving and devoted father of Tina (Michael), Jodi (Roberta), Tammy (Charles), and Julie (Anthony). Predeceased by his son Jimmy. Proud and loving Poppy of Brianna, Alyssa, Nevaeh, Mikalah, Rylie, Caven, Sophie and Matteo. Survived by brothers Gerald (Maureen), Tom (Lou), Len (June), Clarence (Lillian) and sisters Mary (Michael), Mercedes (Phil), Jean (Stan), Eileen (Jack) and Rita. The family will receive guests at Carson Funeral Homes – L. Doolittle Chapel, 54 Coldwater St. E Orillia (705) 326-3595 on Wednesday April 6, 2022 from 11am until the time we celebrate his life in the chapel starting at 1pm. Cremation will follow. The wearing of masks is optional at this point and is your choice. It is at this time the family would like to especially thank the Bayshore Home Health team, all of the wonderful PSW’s and Roberta McPhee for all of their loving and caring support given to Jim and his family.
