Jeffrey Wayne Russell 19622022

Jeffrey Wayne Russell
1962-2022
The passing of Jeffrey Wayne Russell occurred at his
residence in Pennfield NB on January 5, 2022. Born in Fredericton on
May 30, 1962, he was a son of Pauline Alberta (Watson) Russell and the
late Gary Howard Russell. A loving father, grandfather, son, brother
and uncle, Jeff is survived by his children: Jamie (Denis) Devost of
Iqaluit NU and Richard (Vivian) Belfour of Fredericton NB; two
grandchildren: Felix and Elizabeth; his mother: Pauline Russell of
Pennfield NB; siblings: Kimberley Russell (Mark Gaudett), Darren
(Gloria) Russell, Adam Russell and Chris Russell all of Pennfield NB,
Betty Jo (J.P.) Belliveau of Metaghan NS and Marina (Leopold) Gallant
of Utopia NB; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his
father, Jeff was predeceased by one brother: Danny
Russell.
Jeff was a man of simple pleasures who enjoyed working on the
water as a fisherman and clam digger. He was a selfless man who would
give you the shirt of his back and was always the first to lend a hand
to those in need. In his younger days he enjoyed collection items like
coins and stamps and loved to walk the beach looking for beach
glass.
Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home
(755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. While there will be no
visiting or funeral service at this time, a celebration of his life
will be held at a later date. In Jeff’s memory, donations to Charlotte
County Cancer or to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be
appreciated by the family.
