Obituary of Jean VandenWyngaert
VandenWyngaert, Jean Doreen of Jaffa passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, April 17, 2022 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Robert “Bob” VandenWyngaert(March 13, 2022). Loving mother of Joan Perry(John) of Orwell, Patrick(Cheryl) of St. Thomas, Alan(Sue) of Aylmer, Kevin(Nancy) of Aylmer, Steven(Janice) of Aylmer and Riena Laker(Dean) of Hamilton. Sister of Donald Lester(Janice), Sandra Hopper(Lloyd), Jim Lester(late Pat). Sister-in-law of Lucienne Coppens(Bill) and Florent VanOverloop(Judy). She will be missed by her 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sons Mark and Paul. Jean enjoyed fishing, archery, yard sales and trips to Long Point Bay. She was dedicated to her large family and a great support to “Jaffa Machine”. Visitation will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 6-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 10:30am. Cremation-Interment, Queen of Peace Cemetery.
