Jeannine Richards

Obituary of Jeannine Richards
RICHARDS, Jeannine (nee Goupil)
Entered into eternal life peacefully on April 26, 2022 at the age of 92. Reunited with her beloved husband Peter Richards (1994) and parents Ernest (1986) and Cecilia Goupil (2002).
Loving mother to Gregory (2017) and surviving wife Becky, Laurie Perrone (Tony), Michelle Macor (Loris), Karen Richards (James), Sharon Richards, Mark Richards (Kimberly), and Jeffrey Richards.
Cherished grandmother and mémé to many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and will be re-united with her granddaughter Melissa (2000).
Jeannine, who was lovingly known to her family as Moo, was a kind, sweet person who never had a bad word to say about anyone. She was a wonderful cook and baker whose Christmas toutiére and shortbread crescent cookies were devoured by all. The tradition will carry on, most likely seasoned with tears, but also a smile.
We would like to thank the staff at Southwood Lakes Extendicare for the excellent care given to her while she was there for her short stay. A special thank you to her favourite caregiver Kim Miller – she always looked forward to seeing your smiling face.
Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave., South Windsor (519) 253-7234 on Thursday April 28, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral service on Friday April 29, 2022 at 10:30 am in the Chapel. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
