Jeannette Daigle 1936 2022

Jeannette M. Daigle, 85, of Moncton, passed away peacefully
at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. Born in Notre
Dame, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Edna (Richard)
Leger.
Jeannette attended Notre Dame de Grace Roman Catholic Church.
She enjoyed knitting, watching T.V. and doing Jigsaw Puzzles, and
cherished her time spent with family.
She will be remembered by her children, Lynn Armitage Forbes
(Malcolm), Anne Davis (Peter) and Aurele Daigle (Mary); grandchildren,
Jill (Nick), Ryan (Charles), Marc (Chantal) and Rochelle (Arthur);
great grandchildren, Hannah, Everest, River, Willow, Zoey and Winnie;
sister, Lucille Cormier (late Paul); brother, Clarence Leger (late
Claudette); as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family
members.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her
husband, Lazare Daigle (2014); sister, Sr. Edith Leger and brothers,
Raymond (late Jeannine) and Paul (late Helena).
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road,
Moncton (858-1995) on Sunday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. A Funeral Liturgy
will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 10:00 am from the Fergusons
Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place in Our Lady of Calvary
Cemetery, Dieppe.
In memory of Jeannette, memorial contributions to the
Canadian Cancer Society (cancer.ca) or
a memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
