Jeanne Recksiedler
We the family of Jeanne Recksiedler have the task of letting everyone know that our mother has reunited with our father. On February 24, 2022 Jeanne passed away at the Pine Falls Hospital at the age of 91 years.
She will forever be remembered by her sons Herb, Arther (Valerie), Richard (Anna), daughters Bonny and Donna, 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren, brother Richard, sisters Gail and Kim. Josephine who was like a daughter and her family. She was predeceased by her husband William, grandson Kyle, sons-in-law Greg (Joe) Swain and John Toews, brothers Herbert and Clinton.
Mom spent most of her life trying to better the lives of her family and everyone who came in contact with her. Always willing to listen and give any problem a different outlook, never seeing any meanness in anyone. She was Dads right hand person with all aspects of their life and farm from the day they said “I do” on October 8, 1949, until Dads passing in 2018. She was caregiver for her daughter Donna for 55 years, 7 days a week.
Due to the Covid circumstances, we are all trying to stay healthy and safe so a private service will take place on March 2, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. and can be live streamed via youtu.be/RyEObzPYyZY, with interment at Jack Fish Lake cemetery. The family is asking that people have their own memorial in the comfort of their safe places to reminisce all the good times spent with Jeanne. Reach out and give someone a helping hand, be kind and spend time with family.
Thank you to all the home care personnel who made it easier for Mom to be at home as long as she was.
And great appreciation to the doctor, nurses and others at the Pine Falls Hospital who looked after Mom in her final two weeks.
Mom, we know Dad and you are reunited waltzing up a storm like you loved too.
