1951-2022
REXTON, NB – Jeanne Eva Sullivan 70, of Rexton
passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital in Ste-Anne-de-Kent on
Saturday, January 15, 2022. Born in Cap-St-Louis, she was
the daughter of the late Calixte Martin and late Bernadette (Vautour)
Martin.
She was an amazing women and loving wife, mother, grandmother
and to many friends.
She now has a new mission that takes her to a wonderful place
where she will be socializing, dancing, walking on the beach, and
reading to her heart’s content. Music, laughter and love are
guaranteed. Food is delicious and you never gain an
ounce.
Jeanne Eva will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 46
years, David Sullivan of Rexton; one daughter, Amy LeBlanc (Andre) of
Rexton; one son, Neal Sullivan (Jodi) of Miramichi and four
grandchildren, Brayden, Julie, Cameron and Charlotte.
She is also survived by four sisters, Laura Daigle (Gerald)
of Richibucto, Rose-Ella Fillmore (Daryl) of Mundleville, Nicole
Johnson (Rony) of Aldouane, Bernice Tucker (Chuck) of Fords Mills; two
brothers, Rene Martin (Calvin) of Moncton, Stephane Martin (Tammy) of
Richibucto and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers,
Neri, Ronald and special nephew & niece, Jean-Pierre and
Veronique.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions there will be no public
visitation at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be held
at the St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church in Richibucto and
announced at a later date.
The family would like to thank the Extra Mural staff for all
their kind and compassionate care of Jeanne Eva.
Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home
in Richibucto (523-4252).
