With sadness the family announce the death of Mrs Jeanette Camirand at the age of 84 years. Mrs Camirand passed away peacefully at Extendicare Tri-Town Sunday, May 1, 2022.
Born May 20, 1937 to the late Antonio Dupuis and the late Gilberte Dumais. Predeceased by her son Donald in 1984 and her brothers: Léo and Robert Dupuis.
Sadly missed by her loving and devoted husband André whom she married 68 years ago August 10, 1954. Also missed by her loving children: Claudette [Robert] Sanche, René [Michelle] Camirand, Denise [Glen Johnston] Camirand, Gaston [Carrie] Camirand, Suzanne Martel and Francine [Jim] Turner. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren: Marco and Pascal Camirand, Tim Kosch, Dave Camirand, Céline [Marc Vicary] Sanche, Katherine [Tim] Laplante, Christine [Marc] Pedro, Sally Camirand, Bryanne [Joel] Louiseize, Destiny Balazs, Mélanie Turner, Melissa Camirand, Jordan [Kayla Quesnel] Camirand, Dillon [Courtney] Turner, Mathieu Camirand and Hunter Camirand; great-grandchildren: Tyler Sanche, Christian Tran, Corey Camirand, Isabelle Camirand, Savanah Camirand, Destiny Pichette, Peyton Laplante, Carter Turner, Claire Turner, Chloë [Jack] Levasseur, Averie Camirand, Beatrix Pedro, Joshua and Emma Camirand Easton and Jackson Kosch; great-great-grandson Noah Camirand. Also left to mourn are her siblings: Aline [late Louis] Unelli, Alice [Denis] Rivest, Irène [late Albert] Fleury, Lilliane [George] Ethier; sisters-in-law Gracia and Mirelda Dupuis; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The Camirand Family will welcome friends at the Buffam Leveille Funeral Home Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday May 6, 2022 beginning at 9:00 am. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from Holy Cross Catholic Church Friday, May 6, 2022 at 11:00 am. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society will be gratefully acknowledged.
