Obituary
Jean-Robert LeBlanc of Dieppe (formerly of St-Joseph) passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont on December 17, 2022 at the age of 82. Born in Memramcook on March 23, 1940, he was the son of the late Antoine and Ella (Mills) LeBlanc. He worked as a case worker for Correction Canada until his retirement. He will be sadly missed by his wife Julia, one daughter, Miguelle (George) Doyle, two sons, Andre (Susan) LeBlanc and Serge (Ellen MacDonald) LeBlanc, six grandchildren, Justin, Nicolas, Nadine, Damien, Noah and Stacey, 11 great grandchildren, four sisters, Rosella (late Roger) Boudreau, Jeannette (Thu) Pham-Gia, Carmelle (Jean-Paul) Bourgeois and Pauline (late John) Cormier, three brothers, Aldore (Colombe) LeBlanc, Rene (Bernadette) LeBlanc and Ronald (Jeannette (Jin Jin) ) LeBlanc and by several nieces and nephews. Beside his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Lorette, three brothers, Paul-Emile, Rodolphe and Romeo. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Thursday December 22 from 4 to 7 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at the St-Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Friday December 23 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in parish cemetery. Donations can be made to the Heart and stroke Foundation.
