  1. To Jean’s family and friends I send my sad regrets for the loss of a good friend
and wonderful woman.. I have known Jean since the 1960’s when we all
lived in Montreal and have been in regular contact with her even tho; I have
been living in the UK. She was an excellent cook, a warm companion and
a generous soul with her time and energy. My thoughts also go out to Louie
who will be lost without her. Warm regards, Lynne Muir Smith
