Jean Léger
1950-2022
Jean Léger, 71, of Dixon Point, passed away peacefully at the UHC
Dr Georges L Dumont, Moncton on Sunday May 22, 2022. Born in Haute
Aboujagane, he was the son of the late Alcide and the late Irène
(Allain) Léger.
He will be sadly missed by his three sons; Jean Jr Léger (Sandra)
of Fitchburg, MA, Simon Wiinikaenen of Cape Cod and Luke Cotnoir of
Conway, NH, his four grandchildren; Jazlyn, Alyssa, Connor, Sophia.
He also leaves to mourn his two sisters; Paulette Mazerolle (Norman
Saulnier) of Saint-Maurice, Stacie Allain (Lionel) of Moncton and one
brother Donald of Dieppe as well as several nephews and nieces.
Jean was predeceased by one brother Robert (2021).
As per Jean’s whishes there will be no visitations and no
funeral service. A graveside service will take place at a later
date.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
