Jean’s children with much sadness, wish to announce her passing
on August 21, 2022 at Hospice House Fredericton. Jean was born in
1938 at Hainesville, NB, a daughter of the late Stanton and Maye
(Lindsay) Hunter.
She is survived by her children Nancy (Heber), Judy (Sonny), Rodney,
Shirley (Aubrey), Gary and Raymond; a daughter-in-law Ferne; her
brothers Hazen (Judy), David and Hedley (Leslie); sisters Beryl
(Edwin) and Marvella; grandchildren, Lonnie, Tyson, Timmy, Sammy Jo,
Melissa, Micah, Maddie and Tyler; great grandchildren Owen, Lucy,
Jaxon, Krew, Kayde, Ember, Georgia and Kristan; two sisters-in-law
Doris Ingraham and Inez Ingraham; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband
Raymond; a son Aubrey; a daughter-in-law Roberta Ingraham; a sister
Lena Weale (late William); a brother Frank Hunter and infant Stanley;
several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law in the Ingraham family.
Visiting hours will be held at Sandy Cove Bible Camp Chapel, 500 Sandy
Cove Lane, Davidson Lake, NB on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 12
noon until 2 pm followed by the funeral service with Albert Dean
officiating. A reception will follow. Private interment at Bear
Island Cemetery.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Jean, the family
has suggested Sandy Cove Bible Camp or Hospice Fredericton.
