I am saddened to announce the passing of my father Jarek Kubica on October 14, 2022 at 65 years of age. Loving father of Philip. Predeceased by his brother Roman and his parents Jerzy and Roma Kubica. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends in Windsor and Poland.
A mass in Jaroslaw’s honour will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Church. Cremation has taken place and burial to follow in Poland alongside his brother.
