JAPP, Shirley “Elaine” (nee Ross) – age 86, of Brigden passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at C.E.E. Hospital, Petrolia. Beloved wife of Bryce Japp for 65 years. Loving mother of Michael (Lori), Brian, Susan (Dan Austin) and Kevin (Timi). Special grandma to 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Elaine was the daughter of the late George and Sarah “Bernice” (nee Bobier) Ross. Dear sister to Doug, Gary and Doris Ross. Sister in law to the late Rae Japp. Survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sister in laws Vicki Ross and Evelyn Japp. A special thank you to all the nurses and staff at C.E.E. hospital, Petrolia.
Visitation
Friends and family will be received at the Steadman Brother’s Funeral home, Brigden on Monday, July 18, 2022 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm.
Funeral Details
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 11am at Steadman Brother’s Funeral Home, Brigden, with interment to follow at Bear Creek Cemetery.
