Obituary of James William McIntyre
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of James William McIntyre in his 91st year. Dad passed quietly with family by his side.
He is survived by his wife Sandra Lee McIntyre of 60 years. Father to Bradley J McIntyre, Erin A Russin, Jill C Manning and Brent L McIntyre. Grandchildren Shannon Manning, James Russin, Prestynn McIntyre, Macie McIntyre and Emilie Clarke. Great grandchildren Anastasia and Eden. He will be forever missed and remembered by his many friends and family for his intelligent witty sense of humor. He had a very contagious positive attitude and love of life. He was a very content man who savored the simple things such as enjoying coffee with the daily news and soaking up the sun out on the deck. Thoroughly enjoyed his time at the cottage taking in all the surrounding natural beauty, whatever the season. He was a Canadian Minto Cup Lacrosse Player Champion and was passionate about his involvement with the Halton Hills Rams Masters Lacrosse and the friendships formed as a result.
We will be forever grateful to you, James, for making the world a better and more joyous place.
Cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of life to be announced.
