James W. Jones, 64, of Moncton,
passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at The Moncton Hospital.
Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Clifford and Florence
(Meunier) Jones.
Jimmy is survived by his step
mother Bertha Jones, daughter Tracy Clavet (Steve) and Georgina Jones;
5 grandchildren, one great granddaughter; siblings Pansy Jones,
Elizabeth “Betty” Jones (Donat), Larry Jones (Stacy),
Clifford Jones Jr. (Liz), Jack Jones and Brenda Jones, ex-wife
Geraldine Vinneau.
In addition to his parents,
Jimmy was predeceased by his sisters Linda Short and Carolyn Jones and
brother Lionel Meunier.
A Service to Celebrate and Honor
Jimmy’s life will be held from the Fergusons Funeral Home
Chapel on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 2:00 pm. Visiting hours will
be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
Those attending either the
visitation or service will be asked to show proof of vaccination and
wear a mask while inside the funeral home.
