James Warren Wednesday July 13th 2022

James “Jim” Walter Warren, formerly of Eden Grove, passed away at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at the age of 78.
Jim worked for Brant Township for 30 plus years, he took pride in his work having built or plowed every road, even getting the odd trophy, he never stopped working and his family was everything to him.
Loving father of Lisa Chesney (Norm Ireland) of Hanover, Ava Warren (John Fellows) of Goderich, Craig (Sabrina) of Breslau and Calvin (Melissa Schultz) of Carlsruhe. Cherished grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Jeannie (Mike) Mitrisan of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Jeff (Wendy) of Guelph and Joanne of Guelph. Remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Also lovingly remembered by his very special friend Carolyn Meyer.
Jim was predeceased by his wife Ann (nee Lasby), son Trevor, grandson Tyler Curran, great grandson Bentley Gibson and nephew Daniel O’Connell and brother-in-law Dan O’Connell.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, July 27th from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cameron’s in Walkerton.
Memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Knox Presbyterian Church, Walkerton at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Peggy Kinsman officiating.
Interment Douglas Hill Cemetery, Brant Township.
