James Mederic Henry
The family of James Mederic Henry of Smoky Lake, formerly of South Tetagouche, New Brunswick, is heartbroken to announce his peaceful passing on February 14, 2022 at the age of 91 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Bernice; sons, David (Rose), Trevor (Judy), Kevin (Anne); daughter Rhonda (Michael); three sisters Marcella (Donald), Norma (Emile), Janet (Hugh); eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The Henry Family expresses gratitude for the care Med received from Dr. Lourens and staff of the George McDougall Hospital in Smoky Lake.
A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.
If desired and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society

  1. Sincere sympathies. I remember as a child, we would help your father with the haying sometimes. He always was doing something. Sorry for your loss.

  2. We are so sad to hav lost such an amazing friend. We will remember his wit & humour as well as his stories about his younger life. Rudie doesn’t think you’ll hav any problem finding a job up in Heaven-you had quite the resume. RIP our dear friend. ❤️❤️
