Passed away May 24, 2022 at the age of 46.
He will be lovingly remembered by his mom; Sueann (William) Nantais, his brother; Paul Briand, his grandparents; Leonne and George, his spouse; Tania Bennett, his children; Alyssa Briand, Heather Preston, Kayden Briand, his step-children; Justice Quinn, Shantel Labrecque, Bobby Labrecque and Haley Labrecque, his granddaughter, Juliette and his step-grandchildren. Predeceased by his father, Norman Leo Briand. He will also be missed by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
James was a very hard worker and spent most of his life working in construction. He was a simple man who loved his grandchildren more than anything and would want to know they are being taken care of. Donations in memory of James may be made in trust to his grandchildren. Cheques made payable to Alyssa Briand will be deposited into a trust account for them.
As per James’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
