It is with profound sadness the family of James (Jim) Cowie announce his passing on Wednesday, December 22, 2022 at the age of 86.
James was a beloved brother to Grace (Alan)Johnson and Irene Draper. Jim also left behind numerous nieces and nephews.
James was predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Mae Cowie, and his siblings Bill Cowie, Don (Verna) Cowie, Basil (Kay) Cowie, Inez (Harvey) Kidd, Lorna (Eric) Coutts, Alvin (Audrey) Cowie, and Doreen (Harvey) Sunderland. James was also predeceased by Holly Sunderland, Bob Kidd, Wendy Draper, Wayne Cowie and Alan Coutts.
A Graveside Service for James will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kindersley Cemetery, Kindersley, SK.
Donations in James’ memory may be made to Heritage Manor Auxiliary, c/o Prairie Rose Floral & Gifts, 400 Main St. Kindersley, SK.
