With many memories and much love, we announce the passing of James Brooks. He leaves behind his wife, May Brooks, his sons, Mike Brooks, Gary Brooks (Elizabeth), his stepchildren, Jennifer Macknight (Scott), Chris Macknight, and the late Richard Macknight.
A special Papa to Justin, Austin, Anastasia, Ryan, Abby, Tyler, and Jordyn. Son of the late James and Melba Brooks. He also leaves behind a large extended family who will miss him.
Jim enjoyed many travels and made fond memories, especially with his sons.
A special thanks to Sault Area Hospital for their care. Thank you to ARCH and Br. Booth who made his final journey peaceful and even through this difficult time, allowed us to laugh.
At Jim’s request, there will be no service. Any memorial donations to ARCH (payable by cheque or online) would be appreciated.
