On December 21, 2022, Jim MacDonald of Glace Bay left this world to join the love of his life, his late wife, Theresa (aka Billie) MacDonald.
Jim is survived by his loving family, Donelda Osmond (Eugene), Judith Fletcher (Daniel), Valerie MacDonald, Theresa MacDonald, James MacDonald (Debbie) and Edward MacDonald (Kelly); brother, Nelson; and sister, Eva. He will be missed by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as other family members and friends.
A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of both, the Stroke and Palliative Care Units of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Special thanks to neighbours, John and Debbie Lewis and Jim MacAdam for looking out for both of our parents over the years.
As per his wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Sydney
Memorial Chapel, with interment to be held at a later date.
