Obituary
It is with deepest sadness that we share the news of the tragic passing of our beloved son, Jamal Eric Tracey on March 6, 2022. Jamal is survived by his parents Janice Wicks and Peter Tracey; brother Shawn (Renee) and his four-legged companion, Theo.
He is predeceased by his grandparents Vivian & Eric Wicks and Gertrude & Richard Tracey.
Jamal came from a large family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Bernice & Derek; Glen & Claude; Maureen & Lorne; John & Frankie; Brian; Trudy; Stephen & Tammy, Ann; Paula & Brian
And their children Mark, Ephraim, Connor, Ryan, Gregory, Andrew, Matthew, Nathan, Olivia, Natalee and Katie. Also, there are many more cousins and loved ones too many to name here but we would like to acknowledge Jeff & Sheona Gibbons, Michael Ryan, Shannon Brown & Mike Collins, and Billy Stone jr.
From a young age Jamal loved his Tonka trucks which progressed into his profession. He was eager to learn how these big machines worked. Jamal had a big heart and was always there to lend a hand to anyone and never wanted anything in return. If wealth was measured by gratitude, he would have been a millionaire.
Jamal worked hard and enjoyed life. He was dependable and exceled at any job. He loved and appreciated spending time with family and friends. He was always making plans for the next trip. Jamal certainly loved a fire by the shed or the trips around the Bay.
Jamal will be missed and never forgotten. Most of all we miss his smile which always brought joy to our hearts.
