Obituary For Jacques (Jack) Pelletier
November 30, 1958 – September 28, 2022
It is with extremely heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our brother Jacques Pelletier, better known as JACK PELLETIER, or nick name: JACK the Bear; who unfortunately passed away September 28th, 2022 at the age of 63 in the care of nurses and doctors at the Grande Prairie Hospital, in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
Jack loved life, and was a very kind, gentle man, was fun loving, and always willing to help others when ever he could. He enjoyed the simplicity of nature’s beauty, played guitar, and was a talented artist. Jack was born in Quebec on November 30th, 1958, and he left home right after high school to find work in his field as a welder and sheet metal worker, and also to pursue his dream of living in Alberta and in the BC mountains which were often reflected in his artwork. Jack worked on the oil rigs, the pipeline and later worked in HVAC. Jack never married, but did find the love of his life with Michelle on Vancouver island.
Special thank you to: AISH, Shandel, Phyllis, Dr.Tania, Carl, Rick, Moose, Jennifer & Karleigh and friends at the Willow Place.
Jack leaves behind his brother Marc Pelletier & Diane; brother Carl Pelletier & Cathy; his brother Rick Pelletier; and his sister Rachelle Pelletier-Lachance & Robert, and many his dear nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
Pre-deceased by his father – WW2V – Jean-Paul Pelletier and his mother – Fernande Leduc-Pelletier, and by his brothers John Pelletier, and Michel Pelletier.
