Jack Horn beloved husband of Shirley Horn (nee Wells) of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at the age of 81 years.
Jack was born in Stuttgart, Germany on May 20, 1941. He worked as a realtor for approximately 40 years. He also volunteered with Alpha House, Alcoholics Anonymous, and was a member of the Calgary Real Estate board.
Besides his loving wife, Jack is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Mike Sommers of Calgary, AB, and one grandchild Lincoln Sommers. He is also survived by his sister Brigitte Calkhoven of Calgary, AB, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Jack was predeceased by his parents Ernst and Erna Horn.
Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road SE, Calgary, AB) on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral home.
