Family are saddened to announce the passing of Jack Richard Morgan in his 87th year at Lennox & Addington County General Hospital, on September 5th, 2022. Son of the late John and Jennie Morgan (née Sutton). Survived by his loving wife Verna Morgan (née Doyle), and by their children: Brian Morgan, Amy McCutcheon (née Morgan); and by their grandchildren: Daniel McCutcheon, Jaclynn Morrison, David McCutcheon, Allyson Lubits, Esther McCutcheon, Samuel Morgan, Ross Morgan, Ruth McCutcheon; and by his great-grandchildren: Daisy McCutcheon, Evan McCutcheon. Predeceased by siblings: Jeanette Morgan, Joel Morgan, Jeffery Morgan, Joan Barry (née Morgan), Joyce Morehouse (née Morgan), James Morgan. Survived by siblings: Judy Lemmon (née Morgan), Jennifer Patrick (née Morgan), Jean Matthews (née Morgan), Janice Thompson (née Morgan), Jason Morgan, and Jessica Morgan.
Jack was a member of the Roblin Wesleyan Church and was a long-time employee of Gibbard Furniture Shops of Napanee.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 am on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the Wartman Funeral Home – Napanee Chapel (448 Camden Road, Napanee, ON). A Service of Celebration to follow 10:30 am in the funeral home. Interment at the Newburgh United Church Cemetery, Newburgh, Ontario.
