Jack Arlie Hampton – age 71 of Newport passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022. Of the Baptist faith. U.S. Navy Veteran.
Preceded in death by wife, Sharron Brown Hampton; parents, Harold and Frances Hampton; and special friend, Jimmy French.
Survived by son, Jack “Joe” (Lori) Hampton; daughter, Renee (Tom) Hurley; brothers, Harold and Ralph; sisters, Frances and Joyce; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, April 22, 2022, at Bridges Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet 12:45 PM Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Thorn Grove Cemetery for a 1:00 PM graveside service with Pastor Danny Hillard officiating.
