Obituary of Ivy Emily Hartt
95 of Ardoise, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 31, 2022 in Halifax Infirmary Site, QEII. Born June 12, 1926 in England, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Ivy (Munn) Martin.
Ivy was a war bride and came here to make a life with her husband Avery. She loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren greatly. Ivy is survived by her children, Michael (Doreen), Brian (Elizabeth), Iris Lively, Karen (Clyde) Hiltz and Stephen; sister, Pat; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, Ivy was predeceased by her husband, Avery; sons, Wayne in infancy and Justin; grandson, Joey; son-in-law, Ross Lively; and a sister and brothers.
Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., Windsor (902-798-8317). Burial will be held at a later date.
