1931-2022
Irène Jaillet, 91, of Foyer Pauline and formerly of Bouctouche
Cove, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, at the Dr
Georges-L-Dumont UHC, on Saturday October 15, 2022. She was married to
the late Adelin Jaillet (1997). Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, she was
the daughter of the late Albert and the late Ursule (Collette)
Léger.
She will be sadly missed by her children; Janice Jaillet of
Bouctouche, Normand (Diane), Léo (Diane) both of Bouctouche Cove,
her grandchildren; Nathalie, Sylvie, Lise, Marcel, Annik and her great
grandchildren; Lexie, Émelie, Rafaëlle, Cedric and Lily. She
also leaves to mourn her sisters; Léa Savoie (late Léonard)
and Roseline Maillet (late Ulysse) both of Bouctouche and several
nieces and nephews.
Irène was predeceased by one son, Yvon, one sister, Exelda and
five brothers; Emile, Alban, Alcide, Aldérice and Normand.
Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de
l’église, Bouctouche,on Saturday October 22, 2022 from 9 to
10:45am. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste
Roman Catholic Church, on Saturday October 22, 2022 at 11:00am.
In Irene’s memory a donation can be made to the Foyer Pauline or
to the Bouctouche Parish.
FACE MASKS MANDATORY AT THE FUNERAL HOME AND STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AT
THE CHURCH.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
