Moncton, N.-B. (formerly of Dieppe) – Willie Robert “Billy” LeBlanc, 86, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 13, 2022, surrounded by his loving family at ProTem in Moncton.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Patrick and the late Bertha LeBlanc (Boudreau).
Billy will be sadly missed by his children: Joanne (Ken) Miller of Upper Sackville, NS and Pat (Kim) of Moncton; his sisters: Andréa Drummond (Late Dave) of Truro, NS, Evelyne Girouard of Moncton, Phyllis Cormier (Raymond) of Dartmouth, NS and Elaine Clancy (Trevor) of Moncton; his brothers: Bobby, Lenny (Linda) both of Lakeville, Tommy (Nicki ) and Philippe (Linda) both of Moncton; his grandchildren: Angela (Charlie), Ashley (Richard), Zachery (Laura) and Brandon; his great grandchildren: Taylor, Leighton, Zoey, Landon and Leland; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife: Jeannette (Cormier); one daughter, Baby Denise; his brother: Danny.
Billy was in the Canadian Armed Forces for 25 years. He was also a member of Knights of Columbus, Club d’âge d’or of Dieppe. Billy would spend his winters in Florida, he enjoyed playing golf with his brothers. He loved his precious grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Passage-Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe (857-1901), on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, from 1pm to 2:45pm, followed by the funeral service at the chapel at 3pm. For those unable to attend, there will be a live virtual at www.facebook.com/PassageFH/ and a recording of the funeral celebration will be available on the website after.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Alzheimer Society or to CHU Dumont Foundation.
