Moncton, NB – Mary Ann Bastarache, 70, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital Centre of Moncton, on Wednesday, April 6th, 2022.
Born in St-Jean, NB, she was the daughter of the late Martin Bastarache and the late Emelda Bastarache born Gauvin.
Mary Ann will be sadly missed by her loving sisters, Albina Theriault (George), Maria Last (Curtis), Rose Rioux (Denis) and Bernice Bastarache (Laurent Christiaens); her loving brothers, Frank Bastarache (Pauline), John Bastarache, Paul Bastarache, Edmond Bastarache and Henri Bastarache; by her nine nieces and nephews; her nineteen grand nieces and nephews; as well as her six great grand nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Mary Ann is now resting beside her three sisters, Melina Bastarache, Lucille Bastarache and Therese Bastarache; as well as her brother, Tilmond Bastarache.
Visitation will be held from Passage Funeral Chapel, (625, Mountain Road, Moncton, NB) on Tuesday, April 12th, 2022, from 1pm until the time of the Celebration of her life at 2pm at the Chapel.
A donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
