Dieppe, NB.- Martin Gauthier of Dieppe passed away at the age of 81 on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center in Moncton.
Born in New Richmond, Quebec, he was the son of the late Edouard and the late Rosa (Boudreau) Gauthier.
Martin will be missed by his beloved wife Shirley Williamson-Gauthier; his three children: Lyne of Fredericton, Marc in the United States and Luc (Paula Johnson) of Irishtown; his four grandchildren: Emilie, Sandra, Matteo and Magalie; his brother Charles (Patricia Fallu) of New Richmond; his in-laws Williamson: Ruth (Salah Mansour), Ronald (Judy, Lowney (Line Rail) and Isabelle (Jacques Leblanc); as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by his brother Jacques and his sister-in-law Jeane Williamson (Louis Bernard).
Visitation will be held at Passage – Chartersville (363 Amirault Street, Dieppe) on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
Donations in Martin’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
