Moncton, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jean Brennan, age 76, on Monday, November 14, 2022 at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in New Glasgow, NS, she was the daughter of the late Albert and the late Helen Hardy (Fennell).
Jean will be sadly missed by her three sons: Daniel (Betty) Powell, Richard Powell both of Moncton, Michael (Katrina) Powell of Halifax, NS; her daughter, Sherry (Tyrone) Brennan of Moncton; her four sisters: Anne Purvis of Plymouth, NS, Ruth (Ron) Bezanson of Brookfield, NS, Margo Coulter of Pictou, NS, Linda Russell of New Glasgow, NS; her four grandchildren: Gregory (Emma), Damir, Mia, Nazir; her great granddaughter, Hailee; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Charles Brennan; two brothers: Albert “Butch” (Betty) Hardy and Hughie Hardy.
As per the family’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service at this time.
Donations in Jean’s memory can be made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation.
