Saint-Antoine – Dorilla (Bourque) Cormier, 96, of Saint-Antoine and formerly of Cocagne, passed away, on Wednesday, April 6th, 2022, at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent.
Born in Notre-Dame-de-Kent, NB, she was the daughter of the late Frederic and the late Sara (Robichaud) Bourque.
Mrs. Cormier had a full life, she enjoyed going for drive and to go eat with her family. She loved visits from her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her hobbies were to read, play cards, puzzles and making blankets.
She will be sadly missed by her daughters: Madeleine (Jean) of Sherbrook, QC, Rita (late Donald) of Bouctouche and Pauline (late Marc) of Saint-Antoine; her sons: Ernest (Nena) of Bas-Caraquet, Rhéal (Rosemarie) of Saint-Antoine, Ronald (Clémence) of Shediac Cape, Paul (Eva-Mai) of Cocagne, Lionel (Annette) of Acadieville, Alcide (Rose) and Yvon (late Denise), both of Saint-Antoine, Jean and Roger (Ann), both of Cocagne and Edouard of Moncton; 18 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents; she was predeceased by her husband, Néri Cormier; her granddaughter, Paulette; her grandson, Marcel; her sisters: Marie (Raymond) and Thérèse (James) and by her brothers: Henri (Lorette), Joe (Aurelda) and Edouard (Pauline).
Visitation will be held from Passage, 3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, (506) 532-1050, on Thursday, April 21st, 2022, from 1:30 pm from 3:30 pm, followed by the service in the chapel at 4 pm.
