Ilsa Christiansen (Kristiansen)
On January 1, 2022, Ilsa passed away peacefully at the age of 87 after a brief illness. Thank you to the health care professionals at the Espanola hospital with special thanks to hospice nurses Caitlyn and Christine for their compassion. Daughter of the late Svend and the late Louise (née Madsen) Kristiansen. Beloved wife of the late Hans Christiansen. Loving mother of Jan, Keld (Debra), Kathe Timbers, Johnny and Susanne Vinson (Earnest). Predeceased by her 3 sisters and 1 brother. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of many. Sadly, missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. As per Ilsa’s request there will be no visitation or service. Donations can be made to Diabetes or Cancer research. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
