Peacefully surrounded by her family, at the CHUS Fleurimont, on June 4th, Marian Hulton Sparkes passed away, in her 92nd year, daughter of the late William Hulton and Naomi Reymond, and wife of the late Robert “Bob” Sparkes.
To honour Marian’s wishes, a private family-only graveside service will be held, with burial at the Johnville Cemetery.
Marian is survived by her 6 children: Clifford (Tracy), John (late Bonnie), Donna (Gerry), Bruce (Chantal), Steven (Lisa) and Trudy (Scott), two remaining siblings: Alfred (late Jean née Lloyd) and Eva (late Allen Klarer). She also leaves to mourn her 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, lifetime friend Rena Halsall, her brothers & sisters in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Johnville Cemetery, c/o Henry Musty, 3300 Mitchell Road, Cookshire-Eaton, QC. J0B 1M0 or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Our greatest sympathy to all the family.
Our family would never have been the same without Bob and Marion and all you kids. We grew up together and our mothers were so important to all of us growing into strong willed individuals. I think we’ll always know that Marion and Rena went to thousands of places together and were both there for all of us. Clifford said it at the anniversary party at the Fair Grounds celebration. We were like one Big Family. We’ll miss your Mom. Hugs to everyone.
