KIDD: (Irvin) Hugh
Passed away at the P.R.H.C. on Friday February 11, 2022. Hugh Kidd of Lakefield in his 77th year. A long-serving employee with the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic School Board, he is reunited with his dearly missed late wife Betty Kidd (2014) and son Scott Andrew (1995). Father of Greg Kidd (Jenn) of Buckhorn, Grandpa Hugh will be remembered with joy and love by Sophie and Isobel, and Harris his best dog buddy. We hope he is back north ice-fishing today. Survived by his sisters-in-law Anna Dyer (Rodger) of Warsaw, Helen Brahaney (Eugene) of Campbellford, Joanne Brough (Bruce) of Lanark, Karen Kidd of Bridgenorth and brothers-in-law Bob Condon (Jean) of Douro, Leo Condon (Dianna) of Douro and John Condon (Cathy) of Oakville. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Elva and by his brother Doug Kidd. A private family funeral service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, on Wednesday February 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
