August 25, 1941 – April 6, 2022
Howard passed away peacefully in Fort St. John at 80 years of age with Carol at his side. He leaves behind his beloved wife Carol, his children Peter, Jody, Jesse and Annette, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and sister Marie. A celebration of life for Howard will be held in the summer, details to be announced then.
