GROOT-LIPMAN, HERMAN
Peacefully in hospital surrounded by his family on Thursday June 2, 2022 Herman Groot-Lipman of Russell in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Mary (Daggenvoorde). Loving father of Paul (LeeAnne), Jeffrey (Joyce) and Brian (Jennifer). Proud grandfather to Kevin (Rebeka), Erin (Nathan) and Ashley (Yanick). Survived in Canada by his sister Joanna (John Zandbelt) and sister-in-law Wilhelmina (late Tinus Ruiter). Fondly remembered by his family and relatives in the Netherlands. The family would like to thank the staff of the Ottawa General for their care. Due to the terrific and outstanding care by the staff of Russell Meadows and Dr. Gerry Heymans we have been able to enjoy many quality years with our Dad which we are very thankful for. Family and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, 17 First Ave. on Wednesday June 8 at 11 am. Cremation to follow. Inurnment Parish Cemetery.
