Herbert Manz April 2nd 2022

Herbert Manz passed away on April 2, 2022 at the age of 80. Herb was born on August 25, 1941 in Aussig, Czechoslovakia to his parents Adaminie “Minnie” Manz (nee Kerth) and Franz Manz.
Herb worked for the Saskatchewan Highway Traffic Board until he took ownership of the Markinch Hotel with Lorraine Bunnie in 1979. Herb ran the bar until 1982 when he moved to Regina and worked as a school bus driver until his retirement.
Herb enjoyed watching his son play baseball and pro wrestle and later enjoyed watching his grandsons play baseball and soccer. Herb was also always game for a good round of bingo. Herb loved his dogs and will be laid to rest with his beloved dog Duke.
Herb is survived by his son Brad Bunnie; stepchildren Daryn and Tina Bunnie and their mother Lorraine; his grandsons Alex and Mason and their mother Shelley; his brother Helmut (Eileen); his sister-in-law Mary; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Herb was predeceased by his parents, his brother Albert and his sister Annie-Marie (Calvin Kleisinger).
The family will hold a private interment service.
