“We could not imagine another 95 year old with a love for life like Grandma had, a genuine smile that lit up the room, a wit about her that made you laugh and a generous heart of gold who could still enjoy a drink with her Grandchildren.
Grandma was not just our Grandma, she was everyone’s Grandma and she wore that title very proud. She will be so missed and was loved by so many. We have all been blessed to share life with her for so long. Please have a drink and cheers in her honor.”
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Henrietta

Etta came to Strathmere Lodge a few years ago. I questioned her why. She said loved her family and wanted them to be at ease with her safety. Strathmere Lodge , she said, allowed them peace of mind that she would always be with someone. She easily adapted to life there. She made friends, influenced many people and made all feel at ease. She is genuinely missed. She was truly a remarkable woman. Thank you to her family, for entrusting her with us and thank you for the privilege of getting to know a little about her.
