On Wednesday, April 20, 2022 Mrs. Helen Buchanan of Vermilion passed away at the age of 95 years in Wainwright Long Term Care. Helen is forever loved and remembered by her Children David Buchanan of Mannville, Barry (Mary) Buchanan of Vermilion, Kelvin (Agnes) Buchanan of Carstairs, Earl Buchanan of Grande Prairie, Karen Buchanan of Calgary, Carol (George) Levesque of Vermilion; Grandchildren Wayne (Ashley) Buchanan, Larry (Jessica) Buchanan, Micheal Buchanan, Patricia Buchanan, Crystal Lawrence,… Read More » Candace Buchanan (Curtis Dales), Justin Buchanan, Jeffery Buchanan, Kelsey (Matt) Holt, Brett (Katie) Buchanan, Russell (April) Levesque, Joe (Natalie) Levesque, Jolene Levesque (Lyndon Spicer), Angeline Levesque; Several Great-Grandchildren; Brother Elmer (Margaret) Lumley of Vermilion; Sister June (Ron) Whiting of Penhold; Sister in-law Emma Lumley of Vermilion; As well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
She was predeceased by her Husband Russell Buchanan in 1991; Parents William and Ada Lumley; Grandson Michael Lawrence; Great-Grandson Robert Dales; as well as many siblings and extended family members.
A Family Service will be held at Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church, Vermilion on Saturday, April 30, 2022
