Obituary
Helen was born in Banff, AB, and lived for a brief time in Banff and Calgary. While her dad was overseas during WWII, she lived with her mother and grandparents in Killam, AB. After the war, Helen, her parents, and her newborn sister Kathleen moved to Canmore, AB. Helen graduated from the Edmonton General Hospital School of Nursing in 1960. She was involved in nursing for the next 34 years. Helen and her beloved husband, Jim, were married in 1966. She is predeceased by her husband Jim Kingsep; her dear parents Emma and Jim Fitzgerald; and her dear sister Geraldine Fitzgerald. Helen is survived by her beloved sister Kathleen Fitzgerald; and dearest nephew and niece, Patrick and Kathleen Stuhlsatz.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Catholic Church (541 Silvergrove Dr NW) on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 11:00am with a Graveside Service to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Calgary, AB. Prayers to be announced. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to Parkinson Association of Alberta (parkinsonassociation.ca/)
