Heather Elaine Dellaire
January 9, 1947 – January 2, 2022
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Valley Hospice, Barry’s Bay at the age of 74. Cherished partner of Jim Kargus. She will be remembered by her siblings Cammie (Theresa) and Gwen (Murray Brohart) and her in-laws Lawrence (Mary), Phyllis (Hubert Schutt), Kevin (Mary), sister-in-law Marlene (Willard’s wife). She will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Heather is predeceased by her parents Louis and Jean (Dick) Brohart, her brother-in-law Willard, and sister-in-law Vivian (and her first husband Emiel Gogolin) and Vivian’s second husband who still lives on John Rutledge.
Heather had a kind soul and was passionate about raising young children and teaching them about the world we live in. The children she helped baby sit and raise throughout the years will always remember her and the lessons she taught them.
The family wishes to extend their most sincere Thank You to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at the ST. Francis Memorial Hospital and the Valley Hospice for their care of Heather.
Professional services have been entrusted to the care of Zohr Family Funeral Home, Killaloe. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at the Quadeville Pentecostal Church from 12 – 2pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 2pm.
(All COVID-19 protocols will be in place. The church will be limited to 50% capacity and masks/ face covers are mandatory at all time.)
Interment to be held at Quadeville Pentecostal Cemetery. Those looking to express their sympathies may donate to the Quadeville Pentecostal Church in memory of Heather. Tributes, condolences and donations can be made online at www.zohrfuneralhome.com
