Obituary
Passed away peacefully at the Pine Meadow Nursing Home on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at the age of 91. Harry will be forever missed by his devoted wife Fimke of almost 63 years. Cherished father of David Andringa of Flinton, Deb Pope (Richard) of Newmarket and Marguerita Hyland of Brampton. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Andrew, Ashley (Raheem), Corey (Stepha), Sarah-Jane (Sean), Meghan (Nick) and Ryan, as well as his great grandchildren Jazzmyn and Easton. Beloved brother of Roeli Spence (late Arthur) of Ireland, Gré Van De Kreeke (late Piet) of Holland and Gerrit Andringa (Jouk) of Holland as well as his brother-in-laws Bill Groeneveld (Dorothy) of British Columbia, Arijan Groeneveld (Grace) of Quebec, and Rien Groeneveld (Carol) of Elliott Lake. Harry will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, friends and many other relatives. Visitation will be held at the Milestone Funeral Center on Monday, September 19, 2022 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel at 1:00 pm. Interment in Flinton United Church Cemetery. Memorial donations made to The Tweed Royal Canadian Legion Branch 428 would be appreciated by the family.
